Deciding the Binding Type

The three more widely used binding methods for notebooks are Spiral Binding, Wire-O Binding, and Case Binding. Spiral & Wire-O Binding is Flexible and easily lays your notebook flat. And Case Binding also known as hardcover binding is durable and has many materials you can use to cover it such as Leather and Textile.

The following is an overview of what you can expect to pay for custom notebooks. You’re free to take this into account when deciding which plan fits your budget best.
Material Fee
The main cost of the notebook is the cover and paper. The leather and Textile Cover is expensive and white cardboard is the cheapest. Regarding the inner pages, generally speaking, recycled paper is cheaper than wood-free paper, but it also depends on the GSM of the paper.
In addition to paper GSM, another key factor in price changes is the size of the paper, for example, A7 is much cheaper than A4.
Shipping Fee
We can offer the shipping method to your Doorstep or Amazon Warehouse which includes the import duties and taxes. Sea and Railway shipping will be more cost-effective than Air so I recommend checking those two options for your specific needs.
Binding Type
For the more popular types of bindings, spiral and wire o are two simpler bindings, so they are also less expensive than Hardcover Binding.
Printing and Accessaries Fee
If you choose multi-color printing instead of black and white paper for the inner page, the price will increase accordingly. And for logo printing on the cover, screen printing is the cheapest, while Embroidery will cost more in labor.
By the way, we have an Automatic Elastic Banding Machine, so this accessory is more affordable for us.
Sampling Fee
If you are interested in having a customized sample of our product, just pay an additional fee and we will send one out for your review within 7 days. If you have a substantial order, the cost of the samples can be deducted from your official order.
Quantity
With our bulk order program, you can get prices that are favorable and terms for your company. The more products ordered at one time, the cheaper it will be.
Estimated Manufacturing and Delivery times
We have good control of the custom notebooks production process to ensure that each customer receives their goods within the expected time. Let’s look at the whole process of manufacturing, shipping, and receiving your purchase from start to finish.
STEP 1 - OEM Communication(1-3 days)
If you already have the design document, just send us and then we will send you our best quotation within 24 hours.
If not, we can create one together with your idea within 3 days.
STEP 2 - Sampling (5-7 days)
We understand that not all the customers are confident without a real sample, just pay us a small sampling and express fee, and then we can produce a sample for you to test. This usually takes 5 to 7 days. And Express time around 5 days.
And if you just need our product to check our quality, we have stock to send out right away.
STEP 3 - Contract & Payment (1-3 days)
After you confirm our prices, sample design, and quality, we will make PI for you according to your order requirement. Our payment term is 30%T/T in advance, and the balance is before the shipment.
We also accept the L/C at sight and PayPal. Usually, we receive the down payment within 3 working days.
STEP 4 - Mass Production (12-15 days)
Once we received your down payment, our team will start the mass production according to confirmed samples.
We also do a thorough quality inspection once 30% of productions have been completed so that you can be confident in what is coming out.
STEP 5 - Delivery (5-30 days)
When shipping to the USA or their local Amazon warehouse, we recommend you use DDP. It is cost-effective and ensures a fast delivery time of only 23 days. As I know, it is also very stable.
And if you’re thinking about sending your goods over Europe, the railway is also a good option. We also offer fast shipping options like Air DDP or Express to get the job done quickly. Normally it takes 5-10 working days.
FOB & CIF are also available from us.

FAQ
It is better to include specifications of the products, such as material, size, color, quantity, surface finishing, etc.
We would prefer to work with AI, EPS & PSD format artwork. Pls make sure that all of the files are vectorized and that the image has a high resolution (at least 300dpi). And it is important the image used in the artwork are embedded to avoid missing image links. And specify the Pantone color code for the logo or artwork to be used. The bleeding area is at least 3mm.
We can skip the production of samples and just take a picture of the sample for you to check. The photos from our first batch will be sent to you so that you can get an upfront look at what you’re buying.
Different notebook sizes and different Packaging. For example, the A5 size packaging detail is 1pc/opp, 50pcs/CTN, 1 big carton includes 2 small cartons. The G.W. is around 18kgs, packaging size is 44*32*28 cm. Custom packaging is available from us.
We don’t want you to get stuck with a useless product. If the package arrives and some or all of its contents are broken, just send us photos so we can fix things up for free.
At this stage, we will be unable to make any changes in regard to the artwork or other specifications of your item.
